Led product design for Buildertrend's B2B/B2C construction management SaaS platform, serving a multi-sided ecosystem of builders, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and homeowners across web and mobile, simplifying complex financial and operational workflows at scale.
As lead designer, owned the end-to-end design of the Selections experience (100K+ users impacted), replacing fragmented manual tracking with a structured collaboration system integrating pricing, estimates, and budgeting workflows. This resulted in 15% higher subscription retention, 50% faster approval cycles, and 5–6 hours saved per builder each week.
Delivered responsive wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity experiences across web and mobile, enabling seamless collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
Defined a UX strategy that directly influenced product roadmap priorities, aligning cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and business leadership through mixed-methods research and data-driven insights.
